Yes. Manage your subscription through your Lazaros customer account. There is no minimum commitment or cancellation fee.

Cancel before your next subscription order is processed to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation applies to future orders and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

We currently ship throughout Canada, including the provinces, territories, and remote Canadian communities. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, or busy periods.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the available carrier rates.

Free standard shipping applies to Canadian orders of $50 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes. Gift cards do not count toward the minimum.

We will email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the package.

Check around the delivery location, ask members of your household, and check with neighbours or building management. Allow up to two business days, then contact us with your order number if it is still missing.

We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used body wash cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. If an item arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, Lazaros will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when a return is required.

After your return is received and inspected, we will tell you whether it was approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
