This website and online store are operated by Lazaros Soap Corp. ("Lazaros," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you visit lazarossoap.com, purchase or consider purchasing a product, create an account, enroll in a subscription, submit content, contact us, or otherwise use our website, online store, products, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and Services to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

## 2. Eligibility and Online Store Terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to place an order or create an account, or you must use the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the Services or our products for an illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all laws that apply to your use of the Services.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, destructive code, or any material intended to disrupt, damage, or obtain unauthorized access to the Services or another person's device, account, or information.
## 3. Products and Product Information
Lazaros sells personal-care products, including liquid body wash.
Our body-wash products are for external use only. Follow the directions and warnings on the product packaging. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if contact occurs. Stop use if irritation occurs. If irritation continues or you have concerns about using a product, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
Product experiences can vary from person to person. Information on the website is provided for general product information and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
We try to display product descriptions, ingredients, quantities, packaging, colours, and images accurately. Screens and devices may display colours differently. Packaging or other non-material product details may change. Please review the product label and packaging you receive before use.
Products and quantities may be limited and are available only while supplies last. We may limit sales by person, household, order, geographic area, or jurisdiction when reasonably necessary, including to address inventory constraints, suspected resale, fraud, abuse, or shipping restrictions.
## 4. Orders and Contract Formation
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms and the information displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or shipped it. We may review an order before acceptance. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, an order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise confirm that it has been accepted for fulfillment.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- product unavailability;
- payment authorization failure;
- suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale;
- an incorrect price, product description, promotion, or website error;
- an incomplete or undeliverable address; or
- a shipping or legal restriction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method. This does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable law.
We will provide or make available an order confirmation containing the information required by applicable law. Please retain your order confirmation and these Terms for your records.
## 5. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, contact, and account information. You agree to promptly update information needed to complete a transaction or contact you about an order or subscription.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased under the same account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, household, or other information when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale. If we change or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information supplied with the order.
## 6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless the website clearly states otherwise.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase. The final amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize us to charge, subject to any later adjustment that you expressly approve or that is permitted by law.
Product prices and promotions may change prospectively without notice. A price change will not alter an order that we have already accepted, except to correct an obvious error as permitted by law. If we identify a material pricing error before acceptance, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify or other authorized payment providers. Their terms may also apply to their services.
## 7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within Canada. Processing times, available delivery methods, shipping charges, tracking, remote-location conditions, and procedures for delayed, missing, damaged, or returned packages are described in our [Shipping Policy](https://lazarossoap.com/policies/shipping-policy).
Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Weather, carrier operations, remote destinations, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you identify an error, contact us immediately. We will try to make the requested change, but we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or shipped.
If a shipment is delayed, damaged, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at **lazaros.soap@gmail.com**. We will help investigate and determine the appropriate next step under our policies and applicable law.
## 8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Returns, refunds, exchanges, final-sale items, and damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect products are handled under our [Refund Policy](https://lazarossoap.com/policies/refund-policy).
Because body wash is a personal-care product, opened or used products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, or when a return or remedy is required by law.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery when reasonably possible. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box. A failure to contact us within this requested period does not remove a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 9. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and delivery frequency displayed at checkout, plus applicable shipping charges and taxes. Your subscription continues and renews automatically until you cancel it.
There is no minimum subscription commitment or cancellation fee unless a different condition is clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase.
You may manage, pause, skip, update, or cancel an eligible subscription through your customer account or by contacting us. To prevent the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the next order is processed. Cancellation applies to future recurring orders and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
Subscription pricing, products, or delivery options may change prospectively. We will provide notice of a material change when required by law. Subscription terms, cancellation timing, and the treatment of processed orders are explained in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
## 10. Promotions, Discounts, Gift Cards, and Referral Offers
Promotions, discount codes, referral rewards, free gifts, and special offers are subject to the terms displayed with the applicable offer. Unless stated otherwise:
- offers cannot be combined;
- discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
- offers have no cash value;
- eligibility and quantities may be limited;
- free gifts are subject to availability; and
- an offer may be changed or ended prospectively.
We may refuse or reverse a discount, reward, or promotional benefit obtained through fraud, manipulation, multiple-account abuse, or a violation of the applicable offer terms.
Gift cards are subject to any conditions displayed at purchase and to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms creates an expiry date or fee where one is prohibited by law.
## 11. Customer Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account, except to the extent the activity was caused by our act or omission or by a security incident within our control.
Provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been used without authorization. We may suspend or restrict an account to protect you, Lazaros, or others while we investigate suspected misuse or a security concern.
## 12. Intellectual Property and Limited Permission to Use the Website
The website and its content—including Lazaros branding, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Lazaros and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This section does not claim ownership of third-party materials or rights that Lazaros does not own.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the website for lawful, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.
Without our written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit a material portion of the website or its content, except where applicable law permits the activity without permission.
No right to use the Lazaros name, trademarks, logos, packaging designs, or other brand assets is granted by these Terms.
## 13. Reviews, Feedback, and Other Submissions
You may choose to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, feedback, promotion entries, suggestions, or other content (collectively, "User Content"). You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.
By submitting User Content to us or through a feature of the Services, you grant Lazaros a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting Lazaros and the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, unless prohibited by law.
You represent that:
- you own or have permission to submit the User Content;
- the User Content is truthful and reflects your genuine experience when presented as a review;
- the User Content does not infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and
- the User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, deceptive, malicious, or designed to introduce harmful code.
We may moderate, refuse, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rules of a feature or promotion. We are not required to publish, retain, compensate you for, or respond to User Content.
## 14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services or their content to:
- engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
- violate applicable international, federal, provincial, territorial, state, or local law;
- infringe our rights or the rights of another person;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, exploit, or discriminate against another person;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, orders, reviews, or payment details;
- upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- collect, monitor, or misuse another person's personal information;
- spam, phish, pharm, pretext, scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services except as permitted by us or applicable law;
- interfere with the operation, availability, integrity, or security of the Services;
- bypass access controls, purchase limits, promotional rules, or other safeguards; or
- use the Services or their content for unauthorized commercial resale or exploitation.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or action is needed to protect Lazaros, our customers, service providers, or others.
## 15. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
The Services may provide access to tools, payment methods, account features, applications, or other services operated by third parties. We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its independent acts, content, availability, security, or policies.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Review those terms before using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, third-party tools made available through the website are provided without a separate warranty from Lazaros concerning the operation of the third-party service.
We may add, change, or remove website tools and features from time to time.
## 16. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to websites, platforms, or resources operated by third parties. A link does not necessarily mean that Lazaros endorses or controls the third party.
We are not responsible for examining or guaranteeing the accuracy, content, products, services, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party. Review the third party's terms and policies before completing a transaction or providing personal information.
## 17. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our [Privacy Policy](https://lazarossoap.com/policies/privacy-policy). Shopify and other third parties may also process information under their own privacy policies.
## 18. Accuracy, Errors, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services accurate and current. However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information concerning product descriptions, ingredients, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We may correct errors and update information. If an error materially affects an order you submitted, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected portion as permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, available, secure, or free from errors. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary. This section does not affect an accepted order or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will meet every requirement or that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Any disclaimer in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude any statutory warranty, condition, guarantee, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility for a damaged, defective, unsafe, or misdescribed product where applicable law provides a remedy.
## 20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazaros Soap Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to the website or Services, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, where such damages may lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury that cannot lawfully be limited, or any statutory or consumer right that cannot be waived or excluded. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
## 21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Lazaros Soap Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from:
- your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services;
- User Content that infringes another person's rights;
- your material breach of these Terms; or
- your violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.
## 22. Suspension and Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Stopping use of the website does not automatically cancel an order or subscription. Orders and subscriptions must be cancelled in accordance with the applicable policy and within the permitted time.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account or website feature if we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, used the Services unlawfully, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created a security risk. Amounts properly incurred before termination remain payable.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning intellectual property, User Content, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms—will survive.
## 23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the unenforceable portion will be severed. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
## 24. No Waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only if it is made in writing by an authorized representative of Lazaros.
## 25. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies or offer terms incorporated into them form the entire agreement between you and Lazaros concerning your use of the Services and replace prior discussions or communications on that subject.
If a specific product, promotion, subscription, or other offer has additional terms, those additional terms apply to that offer. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms will govern to the extent of the conflict, subject always to applicable law.
## 26. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory law that gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought before the courts of Alberta.
These Terms do not require arbitration and do not limit any right to complain to a consumer-protection authority or pursue another remedy available under applicable law.
## 27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, practices, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted or another date we identify. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter an order we have already accepted unless you agree or applicable law permits the change.
